The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the shops and entertainment in the center of town. The hotel has excellent entertainment facilities such as a pool, bar, and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was delicious and included eggs made to order. The rooms were always clean, and the bathrooms were modern and well-maintained, with plenty of hot water and soft towels. Plus, some rooms have breathtaking views of the town and ocean, making waking up each morning a pleasure.

The lap pool at Coconut Palms Resort was absolutely amazing. It was large and perfect for swimming laps. I had a great time swimming 50 laps and enjoying the comfortable poolside seats. The pool area was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. The bar, restaurant, and food were also fantastic, with affordable options that met high standards. The staff were incredibly helpful in scheduling my day tours and providing excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel for its amazing pool and great amenities.

Everything is what i need and want.

The hotel has a great location, with easy access to nearby markets and supermarkets, making it convenient for city trips. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff who were always happy to help.

The hotel had an outdated electrical system and limited power sockets, which was inconvenient. The shared shower facilities were not up to par as the water was intermittent and there was no place to keep clothes dry.
